Admission Procedure & Document Checklist
Everything you need to know before starting your SHIPT application.
How Admission Works

Complete the online application form with your personal, academic, and program details.

Our admissions team reviews your application and documents — you may be asked for additional information.

Once approved, you'll receive a secure payment link by email for your program's tuition fees.

After payment is confirmed, your official admission letter, matriculation number, and Student Portal login are generated and emailed to you.

Log in to your Student Portal to begin your studies.
Documents You'll Need
Have clear photos or scans of these ready before you start:
- A recent passport-style photo (also becomes your Student Portal profile photo)
- Your signature, photographed on plain white paper
- National ID Card — front and back
- Birth Certificate
- O-Level Certificate or Results Slip
- A-Level / BACC Certificate or Results Slip
- HND Certificate (only if you already hold one)
- BSc Certificate (only if you already hold one)
Applying for the Scholarship?
The SHIPT Scholarship (20% tuition discount) is optional, filled in as part of the same application. If you plan to apply, also prepare:
- A Recommendation Letter (from a Principal, Teacher, Pastor, Quarter Head, or similar)
- Your National ID number and home address
- Household financial information (parents'/guardians' occupation and monthly income)
- A personal statement (200–400 words) on why you need the scholarship and your goals
